A week in Taizé #4: Dances with wasps

Tuesday breakfast and there are chocolate bars! Fantastic.

I’ve also discovered what my Native American name would be – “Dances with wasps”.  I don’t like them and there are a lot here this week.  Wasps that is.  I have nothing against Native Americans.

What a rich, multitude the human race is.  We’re looking at the two stories of the creation of mankind today.  We’re created in His image.  And in the diversity that is our race, we can begin to see how much bigger our image of God needs to be.

Brother Han-Yol had an interesting comment on idolatry.  There is no need to make idols or substitutes for God, there is only one image of God and that is mankind.
